As for temps, it's odd because a full week of -20F up here in the Midwest doesn't actually yield very much snow (if any at all). So it's less about driving in snowy/icy conditions and more about keeping your vehicle from getting too cold and not starting.Yeah. No snow in the forecast for Minneapolis until temperatures hit 28.
